We utilize various shipping carriers to deliver your orders, including UPS and the United States Postal Service (USPS). For some items, particularly custom printed merchandise, the item may be shipped via UPS Ground but final delivery will be completed by your local USPS carrier.
Shipping Costs and Discounts
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping costs are calculated based on the items in your order, their sizes and weights, and your delivery location.
Multiple Item Shipping Discounts: Nostalgic Shopper customers can enjoy reduced shipping costs when ordering multiple items from the same vendor. The shipping cost per item decreases for each additional identical item type added to your order. For example, the shipping fee for one t-shirt is a base rate, while a second t-shirt from the same vendor ships at a reduced additional cost. To determine if your items qualify for this discount, check the vendor name listed below the product title on each product page.
Free Shipping on Apparel: Apparel orders totaling $100 or more receive free shipping on the apparel items in your order. To qualify, the combined value of apparel items in your cart must reach the $100 threshold. Please note that shipping fees still apply to any non-apparel items included in orders that qualify for free apparel shipping.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this information to monitor your package’s progress. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Split Shipments
Orders containing items from multiple vendors may be shipped separately. If your order includes products from different vendors, you may receive multiple shipping confirmations as each portion of your order ships. You will not incur additional shipping charges beyond those calculated at checkout.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order. Nostalgic Shopper is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers. If you realize you’ve entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately. We will attempt to update your address if your order has not yet shipped.
Missing or Lost Packages
If you believe your package is lost, please first check the tracking information and check with neighbors or others who may have accepted delivery on your behalf. If your package shows as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us for assistance. Any items not received must be reported within 90 days of purchase.
